At the crack of dawn on Tuesday I went out to Hawk Canyon another place i discovered last year. It helps so much to know the territory and not spend time during the best light looking for something to do. I am always surprised at how fast the sun jumps into the sky without anything to block it. To the east is Death Valley so there is not much to get in the way.
